Building on our first capsule collaboration at the beginning of 2022, Admiral Sporting Goods Co. and 6876 have once again joined forces to release a collection entitled ‘Regulation Product’. The collection pays homage to the decades spent with craftspeople in factories, whose knowledge and experience are integral into creating the detailed pieces in this collection.

Having worked on the Fairham jacket for the inaugural collaborative effort, the Admiral Sporting Goods Co. x 6876 link up focuses on another mainstay from the 6876 back catalogue, as well as staple ASGco. pieces, allowing both brands to share their expertise and unique vision across a series of garments.

The ‘Regulation Product’ collection is led by the iconic Capandula Jacket, which features a heavy weight Dry Wax Halley Stevenson outer cloth, brushed tartan lining and a Lampo reverse coil Zip. True to the luxury workwear aesthetic of this collection, the Capandula is available in both Duck Brown and Navy.

Elsewhere in the collection, Admiral Sporting Goods Co’s flagship Aylestone T-Shirt undertakes the trademark 6876 graphic treatment. The Sans Serif font subtly alludes to the founding dates of both companies whilst visually referencing the gauges used to precisely measure and thus develop garments.

Kenneth Mackenzie - Founder, 6876 "The Capandula is perhaps the most recognisable and iconic Six Eight Seven Six outerwear style & for the collaborative edition with Admiral Sporting goods we wanted to tie in a very substantial luxury workwear aesthetic. This edition features a Halley Stevenson Heavy weight (512 gram) 100% Cotton twill "Dry wax" outer cloth, 220 Gram Polyester/ viscose brushed tartan lining and Lampo reverse coil zips. To complement this style we asked Admiral to create a more lived in fee through their unique washing process on the premium jersey fabric and jointly we created the regulation product artwork which we both think encapsulates this project."

Theo Hamburger - Sales & Marketing Manager, Admiral Sporting Goods Co. “Every season Kenneth and 6876 have pushed the boundaries of what production and the Admiral brand can be. We loved being able to include intricate details of the man behind the design such as the tartan lining in the Capandula referencing Kenneth’s Scottish roots. At Admiral Sporting Goods Co. we are always looking at our archive and ways we can bring these beloved pieces back to life for the modern day consumer. Our new washing techniques are allowing us to do that and it is a great honour to get Kenneth’s seal of approval through the Regulation Product capsule"
