Monochrome Pack Collection
We see the modern day through a camera lens. Whilst looking through our archive and considering the thought, time and effort that went into photography over 100 years ago, we felt it resonated with the way we design garments today. This process guided our concept for the ASGco. SS21 Monochrome collection.
Monochrome photography. The original and most dominant method of producing imagery in the late 19th and early 20th centuries was created through the use of black hues through to white. In a world of instant gratification, the Monochrome collection invites consumers to stop and think about the process behind the photograph and the product.
Calomino Drop Collection
The second part of the SS21 collection sees the addition of three colours chosen for their connection to sporting legends of the past.
Hammer Yellow, Sitta Rubber and Buzzard Blue add a suitable backdrop for the continuation of our sporting story. All our products continue to be garment dyed, muting the colours for a truly vintage look.
We believe creation is being bold enough to go against the grain; invention is art. When Bleo Pedro Fournol Calomino, the Argentinian winger, invented the step over, nobody knew what to call it. It confounded defenders and lovers of the beautiful game in equal measure, paving the way for a new era in football. Playing in the now iconic blue and yellow shirt with the leather football between his feet, the step over would live on long after his playing career ended.
Products in the SS21 collection include the standout Warren long sleeved t-shirt, cotton Ayleston t-shirts, our signature Wigston sweatshirt, the Braunstone hoodie and our take on the vintage training top, the Chartwell quarter zip. Shop the full SS21 range here.
